Moving beyond Me

When you get to a certain point, it makes sense to move something beyond you. At one time I thought that should be done early on, but really, it should only be done once the thing that needs moving deserves the input of others.

I have never sold any shares of corporations that I own, but I believe the time to do that is now. I acquire them, create them, fund them, and build them.

Although I’m not opposed to raising venture capital, I would prefer to bring in a small and targeted group of industry investors instead. I prefer angel investors that are more aligned with the enterprise longer-term. The goal of the organization is to generate net profit and dividends for the investors. I don’t plan on selling the company to a large competitor unless there is alignment.

I need people with the ability to sit in on quarterly meetings and offer insights from their individual professional backgrounds. I am also beginning to conduct formal business, meaning old business, new business panels, announcements, etc. If you’re familiar with how this works, I may be interested in having you join or even head a committee.

I’m being careful not to create a public offering, but I’m going to start selling shares of New Entity Operations Inc. to verified parties. There aren’t a ton available, but there are some. I would prefer to sell them to accredited investors for right now.

Software has become very loaded with unnecessary features, often harming users in ways that are completely hidden from view. The industry has also stopped supporting perfectly valid standards for portable program use. We are going to have options to contract major entities and governments because we have a large library of portable standardized code already built.

I want to help reestablish order in the industry and believe I am in a unique position to accomplish this.

The tools we use every day have become useful in ways, but they’re presented to the public as ad-based wrappers, enriching major companies. This dynamic isn’t necessary and can be eliminated.

I believe there is a new software model available that will stop this trend for good. We are developing and marketing some of the most transparent and open software that we can in 2024, providing robust and complete alternatives to industry-leading options that will favor manageable self-service programs. Many of these products must be written from scratch to achieve copyright, so the novelty of them is important. We have patent partners to take care of that.

I have a good start on this, but to commercialize and have the mission fulfilled, I think it makes sense to begin a decentralized ownership approach. I am willing to allocate shares to the right people. Let me know if you want to talk and make a deal. We will look at it and see.
