Step in and Help Out

If you’re going to complain about younger generations not knowing how to do something and then refuse to help them learn it, you’re part of the problem. When someone younger than you doesn’t understand something and hasn’t been taught it yet, but they’re willing to learn, step up and teach them instead of complaining. You’ll never have to think about how that one younger person didn’t know how to do something — because you’ll have stepped up and taught them how it’s done yourself.
